    hereby appoint the above mentioned legal firm to file originating Summons supported by Affidavit pertaining to the reinstatement/ restoration of title from leasehold to freehold against Pengarah Tanah dan Galian, Wilayah Persekutuan, Kuala Lumpur in the High Court of Malaya.

    I / We undertake to pay the balance after deducting the
    deposit paid (RM500.00)
    of the legal fees in full immediate after you have replaced land title to freehold from the Land Office by way of MODE of payment stated hereafter.
    i) land (residential or commercial) with land area of 100 sqm or less: RM2500.00; and
    ii) land (residential or commercial) with land area of more than 100 sqm: RM3500.00.
    I/ We agree to pay RM500.00 to your legal firm ( PBB: 3214 7096 17 ) or ( CIMB 8603 8020 84) as a deposit payment after the confirmation of your document OR immediate after the signing of Affidavit and that this deposit payment of RM500.00 shall be refunded to me/ us if the Court Order is not successfully obtained within 12 months. I / we hereby provide you the information for your account
    7. There will be NO additional fee imposed to me if the said property’s title is in the custody of the Financial Institution.
    8. If Property with loan, I / We will provide you all the information of the loan account maintained in the Financial Institution including but not limited to bank statement, branch of the bank etc immediate after the said court order is obtained.

    MODE OF PAYMENT
    FOR REINSTATEMENT OF LAND TITLE FOR SRI PETALING PROPERTIES
    The balance of the legal fee after deducting the deposit of RM500.00 shall be settled in the following manner: -
    a.Cash or Cheque;
    b.by credit card issued by Public Bank or CIMB Bank ONLY by up to 18 monthly instalments interest free; or
    c.by E-Wallet, Debit Card .


    Upon full payment of the legal fee as above, a coupon will be issued which entitle you or your bearer a RM500.00 setoff against future Professional Fees only at our legal firm subject to: -
    a.that the coupon/ setoff is strictly for payment of legal services except for reinstatement of land title; and
    b.only one setoff/ one coupon is allowed for each future legal service, no balance of setoff/ coupon amount will be refunded; and
    c.the setoff/ coupon is valid for 2 years from date of the coupon and cannot be exchanged for cash; and
    d.all other conditions as stipulated in the coupon.

    扣除 RM500.00 押金后的律师费余额应按以下方式结算:-
    a.现金或支票;
    b.通过大众银行或 CIMB 银行发行的信用卡,最多 18 个月免息分期付款;或者
    c.通过电子钱包或Debit卡。
    在全额支付上述法律费用后,我们将发出一张优惠券,您或您的持票人有权从我们律师事务所未来的专业费用中扣除RM500.00,但须满足:-
    a.优惠券/抵销可用于支付法律服务费用,除恢复土地所有权外;和
    b.每项未来法律服务只允许一次抵销/一张优惠券,抵销/优惠券余额将不予退还;和
    c.抵销/优惠券从发放之日起2年内有效,不可兑换现金;和
    d.优惠券中规定的所有其他条件。
